Mulligan Brother’s Channel

The Mulligan Brothers: A Journey of Inspiration

The Mulligan Brothers is a popular YouTube channel known for its motivational and inspirational content. The channel was started by three brothers: Jordan, Luke, and William Mulligan. Their journey began in the crawl space of their home, where they nurtured a dream of inspiring a billion people.  Working less than minimum wage labouring jobs, the three brothers saved every paycheck to purchase their first computer to start editing motivational videos. Originally, these videos were created for the brothers to workout to, but an audience quickly grew, using the videos for motivation and inspiration.

General Background About The Mulligan Brothers:

Childhood and Early Passion

Growing up in a working-class neighbourhood, the brothers were often found with a home video camera, filming stunt videos, comedies, and short films. Although their environment directed them away from the film industry, their passion for it remained.

Turning Point

After their initial success on YouTube with Mulligan Brothers Motivation, the brothers believed that success in the film industry might be possible. With the dream of making inspiring documentaries, they started a production company and studio house and began producing mini documentaries.

Current Endeavours

The Mulligan Brothers now target the film industry to create real change all around the world. They believe that the most impact they could have on the world is through inspiring documentaries and content. Some of the greatest minds in the world were inspired by someone before them, and the Mulligan Brothers aim to be that source of inspiration.

Today, the Mulligan Brothers is a well-established YouTube network housing 5 motivational and inspirational YouTube channels. They deliver inspiration in different ways, like education, motivation, and documentaries. The network has reached well over halfway to the billion people they aim to inspire.

The Studio

In 2018, the three brothers put down the cameras to pick up their tools one last time to build the Mulligan Brothers Studio in their hometown of Nottingham, England. It is currently in production of its first project to break into the film industry. This film studio will aid in their goal to inspire change for good in the world.

Motto

Their motto is simple yet powerful: “Inspire change.”

MB: Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish

The Whole Earth Catalog May Have Been One Of The First Whole Foods Store Like Ideas.

“Stewart and his team put out several issues of the Whole Earth Catalog, and then when it had run its course, they put out a final issue. It was the mid-1970s, and I was your age. On the back cover of their final issue was a photograph of an early morning country road, the kind you might find yourself hitchhiking on if you were so adventurous. Beneath it were the words: ‘Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.’ It was their farewell message as they signed off. Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish. And I have always wished that for myself. And now, as you graduate to begin anew, I wish that for you.”

A Super Powerful & Passionate Conversation:

This has got to be one of the few videos that I just can’t seem to put down.  I normally don’t write much after posting a video or playlist.  For some reason this video keeps calling me back.

Tell the truth.

Do not do things you hate.

Act so you can tell the truth about how you act.

Pursue what is meaningful, not what is expedient.

If you have to choose, be the one who does things, instead of the one who is seen to do things.

Pay attention.

Assume that the person you are listening to might know something you need to know. Listen to them hard enough so that they will share it with you.

Plan and work diligently to maintain the romance in your relationships.

Be careful who you share good news with.

Be careful who you share bad news with.

Make at least one thing better every single place you go.

Image who you could be, and then aim single mindedly at that.

Do not allow yourself to become arrogant or respectful.

Try to make one room in your house ass beautiful as possible.

15 Compare yourself to who you were yesterday, not to who someone else is today.

Work as hard as you can on at least one thing and see what happens.

If old memories make you cry, write them down carefully and completely.

Maintain your connections with people.

Do not carelessly denigrate social institutions or artistic achievement.

Treat yourself as if you were someone that you are responsible for helping.

Ask someone to do you a small favor, so that he or she can ask you to do one in the future.

Make friends with people who want the best for you.

Do not try to rescue someone who does not want to be rescued

And be very careful about rescuing someone who does.

Nothing well done is insignificant.

Set your house in perfect order before you criticize the world.

Dress like the person you want to be.

Be precise in your speech.

Stand up straight with your shoulders back.

Don’t avoid something frightening if it stands in your way.

And don’t do unnecessarily dangerous things.

Do not let your children do anything that makes you dislike them.

Do not transform your wife into a maid.

Do not hide unwanted things in the fog.

Notice that opportunity lurks where responsibility has been abdicated.

Read something written by someone great.

Pet a cat when you encounter one on the street.

Don’t bother children when they are skateboarding.

Don’t let bullies get away with it.

Write a letter to the government if you see something that needs fixing and propose a solution.

Remember that what you do not know yet is more important than what you already know.

Be grateful in spite of your suffering.

David Goggins: Tony Ferguson Training

Tony Ferguson’s Training with David Goggins: A New Hope for UFC 296?

Introduction

Tony Ferguson, the former UFC interim lightweight champion, is looking to end his six-fight losing streak when he faces Paddy Pimblett at UFC 296 on December 16. To prepare for this crucial fight, Ferguson has enlisted the help of David Goggins, a retired Navy SEAL, motivational speaker, and endurance athlete.

Who is David Goggins?

Goggins is known for his extreme workouts and mental toughness, having completed several ultra-marathons, triathlons, and other feats of physical endurance. He has also written a best-selling book, “Can’t Hurt Me”, where he shares his life story and his philosophy of overcoming challenges and pushing beyond limits.

What are they doing?

Ferguson has been training with Goggins for several weeks, and has posted videos of their sessions on social media. The videos show them doing intense cardio exercises, such as running, biking, and rowing, as well as Goggins’ notorious “Hell Week”, which consists of seven days of non-stop physical and mental challenges.

Why are they doing it?

Ferguson has praised Goggins for his coaching and inspiration, and has said that he is ready to face Pimblett, who is a rising star in the UFC with a four-fight winning streak. Ferguson has also said that he is not worried about his age, 39, or his recent losses, and that he still has the fire and the skills to compete at the highest level.

What are the pros and cons?

However, not everyone is convinced that training with Goggins is the best strategy for Ferguson. Some critics, such as former UFC champion Daniel Cormier and Pimblett himself, have questioned the relevance and effectiveness of Goggins’ methods for MMA. They have argued that Ferguson should focus more on his fighting fundamentals, such as striking, grappling, and defense, rather than on his cardio and endurance.

They have also suggested that Ferguson might be overtraining and exhausting himself, which could affect his performance and recovery. They have pointed out that Ferguson’s main problem is not his lack of fitness, but his decline in speed, power, and accuracy, which have been exposed by his recent opponents.

Joe Rogan, the UFC commentator and podcast host, has offered a more balanced perspective on Ferguson’s training with Goggins. He has acknowledged that there are some potential benefits to working with Goggins, such as improving his endurance, mental toughness, and confidence. He has also said that Goggins could help Ferguson find his motivation and passion for fighting again, which might have been diminished by his losses.

However, Rogan has also cautioned that training with Goggins is not a guarantee of success, and that Ferguson still needs to work on his technical and tactical aspects of MMA. He has said that Ferguson needs to adapt and evolve his style, and to avoid taking unnecessary damage in his fights. He has also said that Pimblett is a dangerous opponent, who is younger, faster, and more versatile than Ferguson.

Conclusion

Ultimately, the outcome of the fight between Ferguson and Pimblett will depend on many factors, such as their preparation, game plan, execution, and luck. Training with Goggins might give Ferguson an edge, or it might backfire. The only way to find out is to watch the fight at UFC 296, which promises to be an exciting and unpredictable clash of styles and personalities.
