9mm Guns and the People who Carry Them (Full Video)

About this video

Colion humorously examines the mentality and common justifications of 9mm handgun carriers, including himself. He satirizes typical arguments around capacity, reliability, cost, and the shot-placement-over-stopping-power debate. Despite the playful mockery, Colion acknowledges that 9mm remains one of the best all-around carry calibers, while noting his own bias as a 9mm carrier.

Key takeaways

• Colion jokes that 9mm carriers often give repetitive, pragmatic reasons for their choice: reliability, capacity, cost, and availability
• He satirizes the ‘9mm evangelists’ who downplay stopping power in favor of shot placement, yet obsess over finding the perfect defensive round
• Colion admits his own bias, ultimately affirming that 9mm is among the best all-around carry calibers despite the humor
