Attempted Mass Shooter Stopped By Man With Rifle Ignored By Mainstream Media

About this video

Colion Noir breaks down a reported defensive gun use incident in Fort Smith where, according to police, a resident with a hunting rifle stopped an active shooter who had killed an elderly woman and was firing at apartment buildings. Colion argues that mainstream media and gun control advocates ignore stories like this because they contradict the narrative that guns are only harmful, asserting that the gun control lobby’s true goal is not saving lives but restricting gun ownership. He contends that the Second Amendment protects the right to effective self-defense tools and that modern society’s comforts shouldn’t obscure the persistent reality of violent threats.

Key takeaways

• Colion argues that a resident using his own firearm to stop an active shooter likely prevented many more deaths, yet claims mainstream media did not widely cover the incident.
• Colion believes the gun control movement is dishonest about its goals, asserting it prioritizes restricting gun ownership over empowering self-defense.
• Colion teaches that the Second Amendment protects access to the most effective means of self-defense, not just firearms specifically, and that the Founders understood enduring human threats despite modern society’s comforts.
