FACT CHECK: Joe Biden Claims He’s Not for Gun Confiscation calls Auto worker full of Sh!*

About this video

Colion analyzes a confrontation between Joe Biden and a Detroit auto worker over Second Amendment rights, arguing that Biden’s stated support for gun ownership is disingenuous. He presents what he describes as Biden’s past statements and positions to argue that Biden seeks to ban AR-15s and similar firearms while claiming to support the Second Amendment. Colion frames this as part of what he calls a broader cultural and political effort to restrict gun rights under the guise of safety measures.

Key takeaways

• Colion argues that Biden’s claim to support the Second Amendment is contradicted by his stated positions on banning AR-15s and similar rifles
• Colion contends that the Second Amendment’s purpose is protection against tyrannical government, not hunting or sport shooting
• Colion challenges what he describes as false equivalencies between speech restrictions and gun bans, arguing that banning AR-15s removes the ability to exercise Second Amendment rights
