Is This 10mm The New Perfect Bear Gun? - FN 510 Tactical First Mag Review

About this video

Colion reviews the FN 510 Tactical chambered in 10mm, comparing it to the Glock 20 as a potential bear defense and outdoor carry gun. He breaks down the pistol’s features including its 22-round capacity, trigger quality, optics-ready slide, and threaded barrel. Colion argues this platform may be superior to the Glock 20 for wilderness defense due to its slimmer profile, better trigger, and high capacity combined with 10mm power.

Key takeaways

• Colion suggests the FN 510’s 22-round magazine capacity in 10mm provides substantial firepower for wildlife defense scenarios
• According to Colion, the FN 510 has a noticeably slimmer profile than the Glock 20 while maintaining similar power, making it easier to handle under recoil
• Colion teaches that the updated FN trigger features a clean wall and light reset, which he describes as possibly the best trigger on a polymer striker-fired 10mm pistol
