Joe Biden Says You Need More Than The 2nd Amendment To Fight A Tyrannical Government

About this video

Colion Noir responds to clips of Joe Biden discussing gun policy, arguing that Biden misrepresents the Second Amendment and gun laws. Colion breaks down what he sees as factual errors in Biden’s statements about constitutional limits on gun ownership, the purpose of the Second Amendment, and statistics on NRA member support for gun control. He contends that Biden’s proposals amount to infringement on constitutional rights and that many proposed restrictions would be ineffective at reducing gun violence.

Key takeaways

• Colion argues the Second Amendment says ‘shall not be infringed,’ which he interprets as prohibiting even minor restrictions, yet he claims over 300 federal and 20,000 state/local gun laws already exist.
• Colion asserts that the Second Amendment was written to enable resistance against tyrannical government, not to protect hunting rights, and criticizes Biden for suggesting citizens cannot effectively resist government power.
• Colion disputes Biden’s claims about NRA member support for gun control and argues that proposed measures like high-capacity magazine bans would be ineffective, citing his view that school shootings are statistically rare but sensationalized by media.
