What's The Perfect Gun Bag!?

About this video

Colion explores the concept of backpack guns for everyday carry, comparing pistol-caliber and rifle-caliber options. He analyzes several platforms including the Flux Raider, Sig MCX Rattler, MP5K with rare-breed trigger, and FoldAR, weighing factors like size, weight, firepower, and practicality. Colion argues that the Flux Raider offers the best balance for most civilians due to its compact size, high capacity (60 rounds total), and force-multiplier effect of a stock, though he presents the Rattler as the best rifle-caliber option for those unwilling to compromise on caliber.

Key takeaways

• Colion teaches that choosing a backpack gun comes down to one key decision: whether you’re willing to compromise on rifle caliber versus pistol caliber, which determines your best options
• According to Colion, the Flux Raider (in 365 or 320 versions) is his top pistol-caliber choice because it’s extremely compact, holds 60 rounds total in the gun, provides four points of contact like a rifle, and acts as a force multiplier even for less-trained shooters
• Colion explains that for rifle caliber, the Sig MCX Rattler in 300 Blackout is the only practical option due to its small folded size, though he notes the FoldAR is a contender if suppression is a priority
• Colion argues that adding a stock to a pistol caliber creates a significant force multiplier, elevating an average shooter’s accuracy and control far more than simply training harder with a handgun alone
