The SOB Reviews the CZ P 09

About this video

McPhee reviews the PCZ pistol, discussing its ergonomic design, control features, and sighting system. He highlights the benefits of the slide-within-frame design for shot placement and details the pistol’s practical controls, tritium night sights, and customizable grip options, sharing his experience shooting it at distance.

Key takeaways

• McPhee argues the slide-within-frame design of the PCZ lowers the bore axis closer to the hand, which he contends improves geometric accuracy when firing
• McPhee emphasizes the pistol’s large, easy-to-manipulate controls including front and rear slide serrations, ambidextrous safety/decock lever, and magazine release
• McPhee recommends the PCZ as an out-of-the-box option, noting he achieved accurate hits at 200 yards on his first magazine through the pistol without prior experience with it
