8 New INSANE Canva Tools (Just Released!) 🤯

About this video

Hayes demos eight newly released Canva features she has been testing, noting some require Canva Pro. First, comments can now include an uploaded image or video file, so a reviewer can attach the exact replacement photo for a teammate to swap in. Second, videos can be added as a category in a Brand Kit and pulled into projects in one click instead of hunting in Uploads. Third, the AI Post Writer generates a caption based on the design when scheduling a post from Canva via Share, with options to regenerate or insert it. Fourth, brand text style and color theme from a Brand Kit can be applied to one page or to all pages of a multi-page design at once. Fifth, she highlights a new Spider-Man: Brand New Day template collection with, she says, over 160 designs including invitations, phone wallpaper, merch and birthday kits. Sixth and seventh are Canva Sheets tools: Data Actions let you clean data before import (find and replace, fill blank cells, swap rows and columns) and the Sheets agent (Ask Canva) can create charts and insights from your data from a text prompt. Eighth, designs can now be saved as brand templates from three places: File inside the editor, the three-dot menu on the homepage, and the make-a-copy flow. Hayes says she has generated over seven figures in her business selling digital products and promotes her free masterclass and an 18-technique cheat sheet.
