Yatao | Love is | @AyasaInstruments

About this video

Published in 2022, “Yatao” gives the listener 12 minutes 29 seconds from the Malte Marten Music handpan catalog. Nothing in the title asks for a task to be completed; it is a handpan performance offered for listening over its full running time. That makes it flexible — foreground on a quiet evening, or background while the room does something else. Its billing as “Love is” is the clearest clue to how it was presented on release. It has 54,528 views in the catalog snapshot. By views it sits at #242 of the 298 videos in this catalog.

Key takeaways

• With no task named in the title, the listener chooses the setting: foreground or background both fit.
• The full running time suits an unhurried listen rather than a preview.
• It pairs naturally with the channel’s longer sessions for an evening of one instrument.
• The running time is 12 minutes 29 seconds, so one play can be planned as a single block rather than a playlist of fragments.
• There are no lyrics to follow; the practice, if any, is attention itself.
