About this video

He recounts details of the incident, the reported rescue of one crew member by US forces, the ongoing search for the second, and Iranian claims about the missile system used. Max also discusses his perspective on US strategic objectives, infrastructure strikes including a major bridge, and offers technical analysis of the rescue operations and air defense systems involved.

Key takeaways

• Max describes the reported downing of an F-15E over Iran and emphasizes that one crew member has been rescued while search operations continue for the second, involving HH-60G Pave Hawks and HC-130 tankers with Air Force Pararescue forces
• According to Max, Iran is using the incident for propaganda while US forces continue striking Iranian infrastructure including bridges and military supply routes, maintaining air superiority despite the single aircraft loss
• Max explains his view that Iran’s air defense systems, potentially including the Bavar 373 with assistance from Russia and China, can occasionally threaten fourth-generation fighters like the F-15E, especially through tactics like late radar activation
