IRGC Shot Down An F-15E Then ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE

About this video

Max walks through newly released official footage of what he describes as an extraordinary combat rescue operation in which an F-15E Strike Eagle was shot down over Iran. He recounts how one crew member (the WSO, ‘Bravo’) was severely injured and isolated for roughly two days while U.S. forces conducted a massive coordinated rescue involving helicopters, Delta Force, Navy SEALs, Pararescue, B-1 bombers, and fighter aircraft. Max analyzes the tactical decisions and footage from his fighter pilot perspective, attributing the mission’s success to meticulous planning and overwhelming air support.

Key takeaways

• Max describes a rescue operation he characterizes as one of the most extraordinary in history, involving coordination between special operations forces, bombers, ISR assets, and rescue helicopters to recover a downed F-15E crew deep in hostile Iranian territory
• According to Max’s account, the injured WSO survived a parachute malfunction that caused him to hit the ground at approximately 70 mph, then evaded IRGC forces for roughly two days while U.S. forces systematically eliminated threats and prepared the battlefield
• Max emphasizes that preparing the battlefield for rescue involved what he describes as B-1 bombers and fighters striking IRGC positions, cutting off roads, and neutralizing hundreds of Iranian personnel attempting to capture the downed airman
