Max Afterburner Fires Back HARD At Piers Morgan on Trump Iran Stance

About this video

Max, a former F-15E Strike Eagle combat pilot who studied the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps for 10 years, defends President Trump’s controversial “whole civilization will die tonight” statement about Iran during an exchange with Piers Morgan. Max argues that Trump’s rhetoric, while potentially poorly worded, reflects a strategic use of deception and unpredictability drawn from military doctrine. Morgan challenges Max on the inflammatory nature of Trump’s words and questions whether such mixed messaging is appropriate for a commander in chief.

Key takeaways

• Max argues that the IRGC relies on terrorist proxy tactics when their conventional military is decimated, and that President Trump was briefed on this strategy regarding the Straits of Hormuz.
• Max acknowledges Trump could have chosen better words than “whole civilization” but defends the approach by citing “the art of war” principle that deception and keeping adversaries guessing is a legitimate military tactic.
• Max contends that fighting a terrorist regime sometimes requires unconventional tactics, and that the confusion civilians feel about mixed messaging is part of deliberate strategic ambiguity.
