U.S. Military F-35's Just Did Something INSANE To Iran's Coastal Hideouts

About this video

Max recounts what he describes as a May 7th Iranian attack on three US destroyers transiting the Strait of Hormuz, explaining how he says American forces used laser weapons and airpower to defeat coordinated drone swarms, fast boats, and missiles. He details the US counterstrike against what he identifies as four Iranian coastal military sites, and analyzes the technology involved including directed energy weapons and F-35 operations. Max frames this event as demonstrating American military superiority while exploring what he sees as the strategic implications for ongoing negotiations.

Key takeaways

• Max describes directed energy laser systems (ODIN and HELIOS) as game-changing defensive weapons that he says destroyed Iranian drones at the cost of electricity, eliminating the economic advantage of drone swarm tactics
• He recounts a coordinated US response involving what he identifies as F-35s, Apaches, and Aegis-equipped destroyers working together to defeat a multi-vector attack while conducting precision strikes on Iranian coastal infrastructure
• Max analyzes the strategic geography of the Strait of Hormuz and explains how the targeting of specific Iranian sites was designed to dismantle their coastal defense network and pressure them toward a ceasefire agreement
