About this video

The guest recounts the moment he was arrested by SWAT in a setup orchestrated by someone he trusted, initially thinking he faced charges for 80-90 pounds of marijuana. He describes learning he was facing 55 years on RICO charges with 17 people ready to testify against him, and being pressured to testify against a lifelong friend. The guest shares advice he received from a fellow inmate about choosing between loyalty to the criminal code and protecting his family, while explaining the extensive evidence prosecutors had compiled against him.

Key takeaways

• The guest was set up by Terry and arrested by SWAT, initially unaware he faced RICO charges that could result in 55 years rather than a few years for drug possession

• The guest recounts that prosecutors had extensive evidence including 17 witnesses, wiretaps, physical evidence tying him to the Mexican border, and phone records
