CCNA 200-301: Complete Video Training Course from CBT Nuggets

About this video

Chuck announces the CBT Nuggets training course for the new CCNA 200-301, built by himself, Jeremy Cioara and Keith Barker, and frames the new CCNA as the best-value IT certification. He stresses that even existing CCNA holders need the new material: beyond routing and switching, the exam now adds wireless, virtualization technologies, security and network automation. Chuck taught the automation section, the last domain, covering why automation is needed, controller-based networking and DNA Center, REST APIs (including playful Harry Potter and Star Wars APIs), programming basics for non-programmers, and interpreting JSON. He demos built-in labs: a programming playground that instantly launches a Linux (Ubuntu Docker) and Python 3 environment for practice, and Keith Barker troubleshooting labs with tickets and virtual-lab scenarios. The video is also a celebration of Chuck reaching 200,000 subscribers, with giveaways of three-month CBT Nuggets subscriptions (ending Monday, December 23rd in the video’s timeframe), four mugs for viewers who find a name hidden in his SDN architectures nugget, a 15% discount code mentioned in the description, and a seven-day free trial for non-subscribers; he notes the older CCNA deadline of February 2020.
