Is NetworkChuck Over!?!?!
About this video
Chuck returns after a gap to answer whether NetworkChuck is ending: it is not. He says he quit his nine-to-five job as a network and voice engineer and went full-time with CBT Nuggets, starting January 1st, which he frames as the two joining forces rather than him selling out. He stresses he recommended CBT Nuggets long before joining because he got his own start in IT watching its trainers, and its goal of helping people get into IT matches why he started the channel. He apologizes for the missing videos while adjusting to the new job, commits to uploading at least one video a week, and previews the mix: IT career advice, study hacks, which certifications to pursue, technical tutorials across networking, security and collaboration, and lessons on marketing yourself as an engineer, which he credits for his own jobs. He thanks viewers who report passing exams and getting jobs, urges anyone stuck on the helpdesk to keep moving because they are one certification away from the job and lifestyle they want, and notes he is collaborating on a Network+ course with Keith Barker and other CBT Nuggets trainers.
