What's next for NetworkChuck? *UPDATE* | CCNA | CCNP | Network Automation
About this video
A channel update: Chuck is back in Dallas, Texas after traveling full-time with his family. He says they spent about a month each in Paris, France, then Strasbourg, France, then Budapest, Hungary, sold their stuff and put his home lab in a data center before the trip, and came back earlier than planned mainly because it was hard to focus on studying, producing NetworkChuck content and making CBT Nuggets courses while traveling with three very young kids. Back home he shows his new studio and recording wall. His current projects: finishing his CBT Nuggets collaboration course, finishing his CCNP Routing and Switching (route and switch are done, only TSHOOT remains, and after so long he plans to essentially start over), and, most exciting to him, network automation and network programmability, for which he says he is partnering with Cisco on upcoming content. He thanks the community as the channel approaches 44 thousand subscribers, asks viewers what certification they are working on and what videos they want, and the video closes with a ping pong game against Jeremy.
Key takeaways

- He is finishing a CBT Nuggets collaboration course, his current work priority
- For his own CCNP Routing and Switching, route and switch are complete and only TSHOOT remains, which he plans to relearn almost from scratch
- Network automation and programmability are his biggest upcoming focus, with content planned in partnership with Cisco
- He thanks subscribers as the channel nears 44 thousand and asks viewers to request topics
