You Need to Get Your CCNA Right Now!!

About this video

The creator gives five reasons to get the Cisco CCNA now rather than wait. First, networking skills remain relevant despite AI: every AI prompt and data center runs on networks engineers build and operate, and he argues companies will still want a human who understands the network if AI fails. Second, CCNA is a foundation that opens doors to careers such as hacking/security, DevOps, cloud, network engineering, and AI engineering, with attendees at DEF CON telling him it led them into cybersecurity. Third, it helps land interviews — he recounts a friend, Eric, whom Wells Fargo would not interview without a CCNA, in his telling — because hiring managers widely recognize the credential. Fourth, Cisco announced a CCNA revamp on May 20, 2026, with more troubleshooting and AI content; he says the last date to take the current exam is February 2, 2027, and urges viewers not to wait because study materials for the new exam will lag while the current credential carries the same resume value. Fifth, he promotes NetworkChuck Academy’s ‘Fall into CCNA’ program: starting September 14, running 13 weeks to December 11, taught partly by him and partly by Jeremy Cioara (rendered ‘Charara’ in the transcript), with video training, in-browser labs on real Cisco IOS, quizzes, live streams, and community support. He states pricing as $250 for the program, or $300 including a year of academy access, via the link he gives. The video closes with a prayer for viewers.
