What To Do When A Girl Looks At You (Get Her Number In 5 Minutes!)

About this video

Centeno presents a seven-step process for approaching a woman after making eye contact and obtaining her phone number within five minutes. He covers establishing eye contact, smiling naturally, using open body language, approaching confidently, initiating conversation with genuine compliments or shared interests, maintaining engagement through open-ended questions, and recognizing signs of interest before requesting contact information.

Key takeaways

• Centeno argues that two to three seconds of solid eye contact in Western culture signals romantic interest, and recommends practicing eye contact with everyone, not just potential romantic interests, to build comfort
• Centeno advises using open body language, facing toward the person, and engaging socially with others nearby to signal high status and approachability, citing research showing that body language signals matter more than appearance alone
• Centeno recommends complimenting something beyond physical appearance, asking open-ended questions, and looking for multiple signs of interest such as smooth speech, mirroring body language, and eye contact before requesting a phone number
