How To Connect Printful To Etsy Integration

About this video

The creator gives a step-by-step walkthrough of connecting Printful to an Etsy store. Starting in the Printful backend, he clicks Stores, scrolls to choose a platform, and selects Etsy — noting Printful can also connect to eBay, Amazon, WooCommerce, and other platforms, and that Etsy brings its own marketplace of buyers. The flow is: create an Etsy store and a Printful account, click Connect, log in, and press Allow Access; Printful then syncs store information automatically in a few moments. He notes he keeps his own settings on manual approval so orders do not auto-sync, because he normally uses another printer and uses Printful as a backup for colors his printer lacks. He then demos adding a product from the Printful side: upload a PNG, proceed to mockup and choose a flat or lifestyle mockup, add a title with keywords, proceed to pricing and product/category selection, then submit to store and push it. The pushed listing lands in Etsy in draft mode, where it can be edited before publishing, and he deletes the demo listing. He adds that only one product can be added at a time this way and that adding multiple products to a listing must be done on the Etsy side.

Key takeaways

• Connection path in Printful: Stores > choose platform > Etsy > Connect, then log in and Allow Access; syncing completes automatically
• Prerequisites are an Etsy store and a Printful account; the same connect flow applies to eBay, Amazon, WooCommerce, and other listed platforms
• Product flow is Printful-side: upload PNG, choose mockup, add keyworded title, set pricing/category, submit to store, then push
• Pushed products arrive in Etsy as drafts for editing before publishing, not as live listings
• Only one product can be added at a time via Printful; multi-product listings must be built on the Etsy side, and sync/approval settings can be set to manual
