Merch By Amazon Uploading Process- Design Product Timed Out! | Merch by Amazon Tutorial-Amazon Merch

About this video

The creator demonstrates a fix for a Merch by Amazon upload that gets stuck in processing and ends in a ’timed out’ status. Instead of re-uploading from scratch, he goes to the stuck product, clicks Edit, and changes the price slightly — by a penny or two, or in his on-screen example to a price ending in .97 — then republishes. He explains that republishing sends the listing through the whole sequence again: under review, then processing, then live, and he shows the product page going live after the change. He says you may not even need to change the price and could edit other listing details, but changing the price slightly is the safe version he uses. He notes some listings may still be processing while others complete, and frames the trick as a simple workaround widely asked about in his Facebook group.

Key takeaways

• For a Merch by Amazon design stuck in ’timed out’ status, edit the existing product instead of starting over.
• Change the price by just a penny or two (or to another price point consistent with your strategy) and republish.
• Republishing restarts the sequence — under review, then processing, then live — which the creator shows resolving the error.
• Other listing edits may also work, but the creator recommends the small price change as the safest trigger.
• Check the product page afterward to confirm it is actually live; some items may still be processing.
