The Best AI Writing Software For 2022 | Write your blog posts, website content & more with Jasper AI

About this video

RJ Martinez, who says writing has never been his strength, demos the AI writing tool Jarvis, focusing on the long-form assistant with Boss Mode. He walks through the blog post workflow using a video game example: enter a brief description of a Call of Duty Modern Warfare review plus up to three keywords, and Jarvis generates title ideas (he picks ‘11 reasons why Call of Duty Modern Warfare is amazing’), intro paragraph options, and then composes body copy in the editor, with output length settings and tone options. He frames the split as the AI doing about 80% of the work while the human still has to direct it, fix repetition, and edit. He then chains other templates for a YouTube workflow on ‘how to rank on Amazon’s front page’: generating video titles, a hook/intro, a script outline, and a keyword-loaded video description. He also shows ’explain it to a child’ (set to a 5th-grade level to simplify a description) and the content improver (rewriting a sentence about helping people publish books, in bold or witty tones). He closes by noting some people use Jarvis to help publish books on Kindle Direct Publishing, which he claims can make a lot of money if done correctly, and recaps uses for articles, essays, scripts, and rewriting.

Key takeaways

• Jarvis’s long-form assistant/blog workflow turns a brief description plus up to three keywords into titles, intros, and drafted body copy
• He frames AI writing as roughly 80% of the work; the human must still direct, edit, and fix repetition
• Templates can be chained for YouTube: titles, hook/intro, script outline, and a keyword-based video description
• The ’explain it to a child’ template simplifies text to a chosen grade level (he uses 5th grade)
• The content improver rewrites rough copy in tones like bold or witty; he also points to KDP book publishing as a use case
