Trending AI Art Style for Print On Demand (Free Tool 2026)

About this video

RJ showcases a trending AI art style he calls ‘retro neo noir’ — a retro, 90s anime illustration look — and shows how to generate images with it for print-on-demand product ideas. He points to a style model on Tensor Art (which he says shows about 3,100 unique downloads and over 9,000 runs, with a version uploaded August 3, 2025) and a related retro 90s anime style post. He explains that Tensor Art gives 50 free credits a day and that his generations use about 1.1 credits each, so he estimates you can create roughly 45 to 50 images per day for free. He runs several prompts live and reviews the results: he praises the detail in clothing, dresses, shadows, and human/anime-style figures, but notes animals can come out weird (an orangutan prompt produced an odd creature) and facial detail is sometimes a little off. His suggested uses are building a product around the style — for example a book or character book, or anime-themed designs — and he frames the style as popular right now and worth building something behind.
