Unlock Success Unveil Unique T-Shirt Niche Ideas with Minimal Competition This 4th Quarter 2023! #41

About this video

Martinez presents low-competition niches for Q4 2023, all found with Merch Informer (Merch Hunter and Movers and Shakers). Ideas with the exact-phrase result counts he checks: aging humour ‘At my age getting lucky means walking into a room and remembering why I’m there’ (333 results; example at 343K BSR, with other old-people designs also showing strong BSRs); ‘Plants not people’ skeleton tending plants (301 results, example ~46K BSR, first sale Oct 6); ‘Not mad, this is just my face’ (265 results, 291K BSR, uploaded 2019); ‘Dogs are essential for my mental health’ (296 results, first sale in April); ‘A day without math is just like — just kidding, I have no idea’ (357 results, first sale 2021); ‘Merry Pugging Christmas’ pug (375 results, 177K BSR, 41 ratings/4.6 stars, an overall pick); ‘In my mother of the bride era’ (350 results, 147K BSR, uploaded in August) with a caution about the Taylor Swift ’era’ association and takedown risk; mental-health ‘All feelings are valid’ (644 results, consistently below 100K BSR on the example); ‘Merry Swishmas’ basketball Christmas (588 results, examples at 32K-42K BSR, uploaded 2022); and ‘Personal torture instructor, I mean physical therapist’ (435 results, 592K BSR). He defines a top seller personally as consistent sales, especially a BSR consistently below 100K, and notes Merch Hunter can exclude brands like Disney/Star Wars.

Key takeaways

• Validate each idea by exact-phrase result count (265-644 in this video) plus BSR history showing a recent first sale followed by consistent sales
• Use Merch Informer’s Merch Hunter and Movers and Shakers together: find a mover, take its keyword into Merch Hunter, filter category/marketplace/top 100 and exclude brands like Disney/Star Wars
• Q4 angles that recur: Christmas cross-niches (pug, basketball), mental-health sayings, and occupation humour like physical therapist/personal trainer variants
• Simple text designs can sell — duplicate a black-shirt design for white by flipping text colour from white to black
• Be cautious with trend words tied to celebrities — he flags ’era’ (Taylor Swift tour) as a takedown risk on Merch by Amazon/Etsy
