Best Online Business to Start as a BEGINNER 2026 (I Made Millions)

About this video

The creator ranks three online businesses for beginners by difficulty. First and easiest is Amazon KDP: uploading a cover and interior PDF, with Amazon printing, shipping, and handling customer service for paperbacks and no upfront listing fees. He gives examples ranging from simple lined journals and coloring books to non-fiction, and suggests using templates and AI for drafting while editing for uniqueness and quality. Second is affiliate marketing — earning commissions by recommending others’ products, typically through YouTube content — which needs no product creation but requires an audience, product knowledge, and trust. Third is building a personal brand, monetized via AdSense, sponsorships, affiliates, donations, courses, or coaching; it is slowest but, he argues, has the highest ceiling. Throughout, earnings are creator claims: he claims over $6.7 million across the models, including $1.7 million from KDP, nearly $1 million from affiliate marketing, and about $4.2 million from his personal brand, and claims he sold his first KDP account for $820,000. He advises starting with KDP.

Key takeaways

• The creator ranks KDP easiest, affiliate marketing intermediate, and personal-brand building hardest but highest-potential.
• KDP’s appeal is no inventory, printing, shipping, or customer service, and no fee until a sale is made.
• Use AI and templates as starting points for books, but edit and improve them rather than uploading raw copy-paste content.
• Affiliate marketing works best when recommending products you genuinely use, since trust drives repeat conversions.
• A personal brand can take years to monetize meaningfully; consistency and solving audience problems are the stated keys.
